Do you mean the gimbal board lights flash or the X380?
You may need to load a profile using the BGC software or calibrate the gyro and accelerometer which can be done using the software as well.
Do a search for 'setting up cheap BGC gimbal' on youtube, you will find some good guides to follow.
I haven't encountered a constant red/green blinking from the gimal before, only when saving a profile to it does it fast blink for a second or two.
