112v feed for onboard FPV Tx Empty 12v feed for onboard FPV Tx Mon Feb 08, 2016 9:42 am

Hi - wondered if someone can advise.

I want to connect up a fpv setup on my 380 and have the hardware but wondered where to pick up the 12v for the transmitter onboard.  I have seen on the net someone using the changing connector on the battery but where do I get the socket connector from?  what is the connector called?  can I get it from somewhere like Maplin?

If not using that connector where else can I pick up 12v?

Thanks

Dave

In my case I connect gimbal directly to the quad Lipos balance cable connector and FPV to a separate 1,000mA LiPo velcroed behind the gimbal.
Just do not connect anything to the X380s 12V or 5V socket. Some members might not agree but I will complete flight 200 between my three XK Detect X380 quads this week, without a glitch and working gimbals including tilt.
