Fast red flashing

Just had a play with my gimbal settings and when i switched sensor Axis top to Z and clicked write software seems to freeze the quad would only do fast flash red unplugged everything battery etc re plugged in and changed back to -Z and it seemed to freeze again unplugged everything again plugged everything back in and quad back to normal
So this could be something to look out for if you just getting fast red flashing
