jonnnnnn, One fella was having the same problem a little over a year ago and could only get the quad to snap one image on his camera. I take it that your camera is the
Mobius camera without the 1-axis gimbal? I bought the X380-A camera separately and have tried several different cameras on the quad but since I fly FPV with the X380
I wanted a camera that had a 1-axis gimbal and bought the X380-A camera. I found that the camera was actually a Mobius camera and needed a special cable which is
available on Ebay for using it as a FPV camera. The other cameras worked OK and they all saved videos to a SD card. What I found out was the best way to get pictures
off of the camera running full video was to pull the individual frames (pictures) off of the video using the FREE application for Windows and Linux called "VLC" This program
will give you a lot of features for viewing and copy still images as pictures off of the camera. All you have to do with the Mobius is initialize it to make a video on the flight
before flying the quad. You can connect the charging cable for the camera to the USB port on the computer and use the VLC program to get to the videos for pulling the
images and videos off of the camera. This works a lot better than snapping pictures since the quad could move while you are trying to snap a picture and you have a bunch
of images to select from in the video. Hope that helps.  Laughing
