I had the same problem. Fully charged battery. I removed batteries from transmitter. Then went throught the calibrations finally got a gps signal. I think maybe a problem with the battery weak cell something. The red lights indicate low battery. You cannot calibrated until you have a green/red flashing light. Lets us know if you figure out the problem.

Does anyone find solution of this problem?

I got same flashing red after crash even i have fully charged battery. When I connect ground station everything seems to be ok. Tx is working and 14 satellites found. But I have red dot under the error text. What does that meen? On fc i have blue light maybe it's broken i dont know. I send email wltoys custom support, but they didn't give me answer. I did firmware update but no help. I think many guys have this same red flash problem and I hope someone find problem.
