GEARBEST!!!!

Purchased x380 thru paypal to gearbest 12/1 records show transaction complete too( Womens Ready to Wear stores)????? I purchased a battery the next couple of days its pending to the same( Womens to Wear stores) WTH!!. I tried contacting with no response. I'm worried that I got ripped off. Anyone else had any problems like this with Gearbest  before I go thru the appeals process.

Gearbest are trustworthy and will send items ordered, I have bought many things from them, everything has turned up but can take time depending on which warehouse it comes from.
China to UK takes around 2-3 weeks.
EU to UK takes 5-7 days
Log in and click 'My Orders' to check what you ordered. If you catch it before it is sent, you can cancel and they will refund to you paypal or you can take a coupon for the value to spend.

I got X380 camera and gimbal from EU warehouse and it arrived in 5 days.

Hi I purchased the flying 3D X8 for £138.00 from Gearbest in January 2016 it arrived February GPS stopped working after only 2 short flights and would drop like a brick to the ground I checked on u-tube and they have known about this problem for more than 2 years after many e-mails they will only give me a credit note and I have to pay posting of £35.00 to £40.00 p&p to send Item back so now in the hands of paypal I would not use them again.

I've used GB quite a few times everything's turned up in the end, wouldn't say i 100% faith in them but i would use them again for sure.

I have also purchased a lot of things like the x38o and everything has arrived and worked ok, but when they go wrong they are in China not your local shop to return for replacement or refund anyway update from paypal they will refund my full price and I don't have to send back faulty quad

Thats the best you could have hoped for. I am surprised they went that far.
Like all goods bought from Chinese outlets, you have to be aware of the pro's and con's.
On one hand you get a product that is around 50% cheaper than the high street.
On the other hand, you have to deal with them on items that arrive and are faulty, which is not as easy as taking the matter up with a supplier in the country that you are in.
Often being given a faulty item will leave a bad taste.
Good to see a full refund given.

I've order from GB and that was the 19th February and still not received the items, all they keep saying is to check the local post office, went down to the post office and they say the tracking number is incorrect for the UK, I've emailed them giving until Friday to find out where the order is, then money back.

I just today received a battery that was ordered on 2/24 to the US. Still waiting on the second half of an order bought on 2/15 ! And those items were in stock!
